SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order may arrive in more than one package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email wallison@coutinho.org with your order number.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
